Our house is the perfect starting point for numerous leisure activities in Kößlarn and surrounding areas.
The three Spa`s Bad Griesbach, Bad Birnbach, Bad Füssing lie between a beautiful hill and river landscape, plus a very favorable climate. Monasteries, churches and museums are well worth seeing. The center of this cultural landscape and the city where the three main rivers from this area join together is Passau. Passau has numerous attractive sights, for example the Danube and the biggest pipe organ in Europe in the Passauer Dom.
Close by, is another a popular destination the "Bavarian Forest" with its culture, its sights and natural monuments. Here you can find the Bavarian Forest wildlife Park and the well known Bavarian Forest National Park.

18-Hole Golf Courses for all abilities
The 18-hole courses at the Hartl Golf Resort presents a challenge to players of all abilities. Although low handicappers are likely to have an easy time of it, different tee positions ensure that the course is set up in a fair way for all golfers. The championship facilities at Brunnwies, the Uttlau Golf Course, the Aldiana Golf Course in Lederbach, the Sagmühle Golf Course and the two top courses – the Beckenbauer Course and the Mercedes-Benz Golf Course in Penning – offer plenty of variety in terms of landscape structure. The golfers will find completely flat courses which are easy to walk and feature plenty of water (Beckenbauer, Mercedes-Benz and Sagmühle) as well as being confronted with hilly courses (Brunnwies and Uttlau) and a course which is described as "virtually Alpine" (Aldiana Golf Course in Lederbach).
